My interest in child development started with the Parenting and Early Childhood Development courses I took, which gave me a formal understanding of how children grow, learn, and thrive at different stages. It was in those classes that my dream of becoming an in-home caregiver truly took hold. I believe in providing a nurturing environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore. I'm dedicated to following established routines, maintaining clear communication, and working as a true partner with parents to support their family goals.
