Work Experience Learning Laboratory, Wilmington, DE       May 2014 – September 2014 (Summer Camp Teacher) · Watched 6-10 preschool age children during playtime, assisted children with daily activities with coloring in coloring books, playing with Play-doh, building Legos and playing educational games.   · Created and taught lesson plan which consisted of colors, shapes, days of the week, alphabet, or months of the year and enforced nap rules.  Went on field trips to the park, museum, movie theaters and swimming pool. Also prepared breakfast, lunches and snacks for all my students. Providence Creek Academy Summer Camp, Clayton, DE (Junior Camp Counselor)              June 2012 – August 2012 · As a Junior Camp Counselor, I helped monitor 6 - 12 children in my group ranging from ages 4 - 5 years old. · Assisted Camp Counselors with children in my group. · Made activities safe and exciting for children. · Passed out snacks Read more and monitored children to make sure meals were finished. · Assisted with field trips with keeping kids together and made sure that kids followed directions. During highschool 9th-11th grade I finished early childhood education pathway 1,2, and 3. I graduated from Smyrna High School in 2014. I got to Delaware Tech for child psychology. I plan on going to Wilmington University for my bachelor's degree and my Master's. Ive always loved working with children. I find infants and toddlers to be the most genuine and loving little human beings. I am so grateful for the chance to work with them as they grow and also be able to connect with there family too.
