Hi there! My name is Khen. I first began working with children when I was 16 years old. I was a nanny for many families in my community in Southern California. I was a preschool teacher for nearly ten years. I moved to Northern California 5 years ago when I got my first teaching job. I have taught first, second, and third grades over the past five years. I'm happy to help your children with homework and have plenty of experience with one on one tutoring. I love to spend time outdoors and would be happy to take your children outside to get those wiggles out. I'm to fill my schedule this summer, since it is my first summer not teaching summer school! Khen was wonderful watching our toddlers on two separate occasions. She is an excellent communicator, punctual, and most importantly did an amazing job bonding with our little ones, despite their separation anxiety. We look forward to working with her again the next time we are in the area!
