i! My name is Star, and I truly love working with children. Being a sitter is more than just watching kids for me—it’s about creating a safe, fun, and supportive space where they feel seen, valued, and comfortable being themselves. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University, and I have experience working with children from kindergarten through middle school. I’ve worked in classrooms, summer programs, and as a substitute teacher, so I’m very comfortable managing different ages, personalities, and routines. I enjoy doing hands-on activities like crafts, games, reading, and helping with homework, while also making sure children are learning and having fun at the same time. I’m patient, responsible, and great at building positive relationships with both kids and families. My goal is to make sure your child feels safe, cared for, and happy while you’re away!
