You won't regret hiring her to care for your child! We LOVE Lidia and cannot recommend her highly enough! She's cared for our daughter the last four years, since she was about three months old. When we had our second child nearly two years ago, she also started caring for him as well. Both of my kids love her so much and she's brought so much joy, organization, and care to our family. She has spoken exclusively Spanish to our children (as we requested) and now our daughter is bilingual. We trust her to take our daughter to school and to drive both kids to playgrounds and activities. We would continue to have her as our nanny if we weren't relocating out of the area. Beyond caring for our two children, Lidia has acted as a house manager for us. She has organized the kids clothes, done their laundry, noticed when we were running low on diapers, wipes, or other essentials, washed their bottles and dishes, fed them their meals and kept notes on the days activities. She also does a great job cleaning up toys and keeping our main spaces clean as the kids have crawled around. Both my husband and I have demanding careers and occasional work travel and Lidia has provided consistent child care that we could trust. I have heard so many stories of families going through multiple nannies and I'm so grateful that we found Lidia. She's truly the best and the next family that hires her will be so lucky!
