Erika is excellent! We have had Erika watch our 2.5 year old daughter about 5-6 times, sometimes with very long days. She is punctual, responsible, kind, communicative. We are new to the area and were nervous about finding a new babysitter/nanny, but Erika really put us at ease. My daughter loves her and gets so excited to see her! We are so happy that we found her.
