I have been a nanny for fourteen years and my family history has been a big part of my training in assisting people of all ages. I firmly believe that the first three years of a human being's development are the foundation for forming good people and I enjoy he process with patience, persistence and compassion. In this long journey I have worked with a great diversity of families, with whom I have managed to consolidate bonds that last over time. I like to connect with the world of children through music, games, crafts and conversations adapted to the age of the child. I finally, I understand the each family is a different world, so I can adapt to the guidelines and rules established by parents with easy and suggest new ideas, if requested.
