Lexie is wonderful! She is great with our 15month old little girl and finds lots of things to keep her active throughout the day (including swimming!). When our daughter is napping she helps out around the house and takes care of things without even needing to be asked. She is also extremely punctual and a great communicator. We are very happy to have found Lexie on such short notice.
