I had the pleasure of having britanny work with our family for two years. Caring for our two children, a two year old boy and a five year old girl. From the very beginning, she proved to be reliable, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about working with children. I appreciate how she worked towards adapting to each of our children’s unique personalities and developmental needs. Our daughter, who can be a bit shy and reserved, quickly warmed up to her. She also came up with creative activities like themed dress-up games and crafting projects to keep both kids stimulated and entertained. She handled everything from school pickups and meal prep to bath time and bedtime routines. Our kids had very different schedules and dietary needs, and britanny managed them with organization. She was punctual, dependable, and kept us updated throughout the day with little texts, photos, or quick calls when needed. She also made sure to clean up after the kids, kept their play areas tidy. She helped reinforce the alphabet and early reading with our daughter, and introduced lots of hands-on sensory play with our son to build his fine motor skills. She showed up every day with energy, care, and professionalism, and gave me complete peace of mind that our kids were in the best hands possible.
