Hello! My name is K. Richards, and caring for children is not just something I do—it’s who I am. As a proud mother of 4 and grandmother of 6, I bring both personal and professional experience to every child I care for. I have worked in a daycare center as a 2-year-old teacher and was later promoted to Assistant Director. I also successfully operated my own in-home daycare, where I cared for infants and toddlers, creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. Currently, I am a Special Education (SPED) teacher at a behavioral/therapeutic school, where I have been serving for 7 years. Before that, I spent 10 years working with students with multiple disabilities. My background allows me to be patient, understanding, and intentional with every child, meeting them where they are and helping them grow.
