I have been a professional, stay home mom with 3 grown, wonderful, successful teenagers. My children are bilingual in French and my eldest daughter graduated in June 2024 as Valedictorian. The teens have fledged now so I have a flexible schedule to provide occasional or part-time sitting for you. I live in Valley Village and service the San Fernando Valley. I have been with Sitter City for almost 2 years and have been very fortunate to provide my services to many incredible families whose children I just adore! In August 2024, I held a substitute position at a daycare, helping to care for 12 little ones under 2 years old. I do children and pets well. I Read more love playing traditional board games, doing puzzles, reading stories, colouring, singing songs, going out for walks, playing in the park or creating fun adventures. I genuinely enjoy being a sitter and love to help, teach, play with the children I care for. I am also 100% animal friendly. You name it - I've either owned it or experienced it. I am trustworthy, responsible, punctual, kind and patient. Karen has been the best babysitter for our 15 month old boy! First and foremost, she makes me feel so comfortable when we leave because safety is her number one priority. Second to that, she is always making our boy laugh and have the best time. She is very reliable and punctual and brings our baby boy different toys to play with each visit. She is also so helpful in tidying up the house when we are out. We couldn’t recommend her more!

From the moment she reached out, we could tell she was thorough, caring, and truly passionate about working with children. She was punctual, highly communicative, and kept us updated with plenty of photos throughout the sit. What really stood out was her thoughtfulness—she even brought her own toys to keep our daughter engaged, something no other sitter had done before. It was clear she genuinely cared about making the experience fun and enjoyable. We also have a dog, and she took great care of both our daughter and our pup, even taking them outside together. She was attentive, responsible, and went above and beyond in every way. We’d love to have her back and hope she can become a regular sitter for our family!
