I think the most important thing when working with kids is to be genuinely in it for them and wanting to help shape their future. Building relationships and showing them kindness and care goes a long way in their development. My favorite part working with families is watching them grow up, it's such a special thing to be able to watch a little human hit all those milestones! Something's I would consider my "strengths" to be include patience, reliability, attention to detail, and creativity. As far as a weakness, I would say the hardest part is the beginning of figuring out a routine and getting to know each other, but once you work past that I've found it runs so much smoother when you are on the same page. In addition to my experience working at an early learning center, I have experience with 4 different families. I am both Read more CPR and First Aid certified.
