I met Marcia from care.com when I was looking for childcare during my maternity leave. I only worked two days a week and really wanted somebody in my home with my baby and three-year-old. "Miss Marcia" as she was (is) known by my children was truly a Godsend. She was amazing with both of my children, always engaging with them in fun, imaginative, games the entire day. I cannot express how much my children adored playing with her. Plus, nap times were maintained as needed, they were always fed well and the kitchen cleaned back up, etc. She stayed with our family in a professional capacity for five years, until my youngest started school and we no longer need childcare.
