My name is Machandel Lopez (pronounced Ma-han-del) and I am 23 years old. I am half German half Guatemalan. I am fluent in German and understand a lot of Spanish but have lived in the united states my entire life. I just moved to Los Angeles August 29th from Albuquerque, NM. I am a college student majoring in liberal arts and will be attending Santa Monica College in the spring. I am looking for immediate employment and would love the opportunity to continue working with children. I moved to LA for a new experience, a change of pace, and to finish school and start my career. I worked at Southwest Child Care early learning center for about four years. During my time employed at SWCC I worked with all age groups from babies as young as three weeks old to children up to 12 years. I was lead teacher for the school Read more aged children and prepared weekly lesson plans as well as their entire summer program. I have very much experience in playing with children of all age groups, age appropriate art projects, changing diapers, potty training, homework help, reacting appropriately to all kinds of behavior, and putting children of all ages to bed.
