Hi! I’m Ella and I’ve been caring for kids practically my whole life, literally! As the oldest of eight siblings, I grew up babysitting from a young age, helping with everything from diaper changes to homework to bedtime stories. Over the years, I’ve also babysat for cousins, family friends, and neighbors, so I’m comfortable with kids of all ages and personalities. In high school, I took several babysitting courses through the Kansas Learning Center, where I learned the basics of child development, first aid, and CPR. While I wasn’t officially certified, I’ve been trained in emergency response and know how to stay calm and think quickly in stressful situations. What I love most about working with kids is their honesty, creativity, and the way they see the world. They tell the best stories, ask the most unexpected questions, and bring so much joy into everyday moments.
