hi! my name is leah, and i’m a college student currently majoring in psychology. i take all of my classes online, so my school schedule won’t interfere with my availability or nanny duties. i’ve always had a passion for working with kids, and i’ve been hands-on for years—starting in high school as a part-time nanny for one of my mom’s close friends. i helped care for their family for over 5 years, handling after-school routines, meals, playtime, homework help, and bedtime prep. i also worked as an assistant toddler teacher at a daycare, and now i live at home with my toddler siblings—a 3-year-old sister and a 1-year-old brother—so childcare is a daily part of my life. it comes naturally to me, and i genuinely enjoy being present, playful, and supportive for kids of all ages. i’m dependable, nurturing, patient, and full of positive energy. i’m also great with pets—especially Read more dogs! but i’ve worked with cats too and know how to keep things calm and comfortable for them. while i don’t currently drive, i do have reliable transportation to and from work, and i’m actively working toward getting my license by the end of the year. long-term, i plan to use my psych degree to work in child development or therapy—but right now, being a nanny is something i’m passionate about and proud to do. thank you for considering me!
