Meka has been nothing short of amazing! Even though her time with us was short she has made an everlasting impression on me and my family and for that I will always be grateful. From the moment Meka entered our home, I felt completely and utterly at ease leaving my 7-month-old daughter in her care knowing that she couldn’t possibly be in better hands. From singing songs, learning sign language, and everything in between, you can truly see that she takes great care and pride in the services she provides. 100% recommend her to any and all families looking for exceptional childcare!

Ms. Meka has been a BLESSING beyond belief to our family and we are so grateful to her. From the beginning of our interactions she always responded quickly, was respectful, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and kind. It’s very evident her years of childcare experience. We were nervous to have a new person introduced to our 2 year old as it had only been us taking care of her. Ms. Meka did so many little things that we didn’t expect and were so delighted to see, connecting her instantly with our daughter and putting us at ease. There are so many amazing things to say about her but just to name a few; the hours she spends are varied between tonnes of educational activities, drawing, reading, crafts, outside play, singing/dancing. She comes to our home with her own activity and reading books, flashcards etc. My daughter has made the sweetest crafts! She engages with feeding and teaching so many important skills like hand washing, manners, active listening, potty training. She is aware of age related milestones and really focuses on childhood development. She is always happy and very engaging and interactive. The list goes on and on! Every day she even does a “report card” haha or activity tracker of what they did in the day, what she ate, her potty times. And she sends pictures and the summary every day. After only a couple of weeks I saw SO many new skills my daughter had developed.(she was spelling her name to us after a few days :)) I truly am beyond grateful for what she has brought to our home and the patience, love and immense learning she has provided for my child. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She has not only been what we wanted but what we have NEEDED. Do not even think twice if you need someone to care for your child, whether it be short or long term. Thank you Ms.Meka ❤️

Meka is a lovely lady who's amazing with little ones. Our daughter always enjoys her time with Meka, having fun and learning new things. She's very kind, patient and attentive. We have absolute peace of mind knowing our baby is in great hands. We're so happy to have Meka as our baby sitter. She makes everything fun for our baby and smooth for us and sends us updates with pictures so we know our baby is happy having a great time.

My husband and myself needed a last minute sitter for our 20 month old Toddler so we can attend a dinner for a job interview. When I first spoke to Meka on sittercity I immediately got a wonderful and positive vibes from her. We were able to a meet a greet before she started watching our daughter so we can explain what we needed. She was very personable, professional and courteous. She had a wealth of experiences and shared her sign language expertise with us. My daughter is even starting to learn some of the sign language she taught her. She even provided some useful media that we can utilised to teach our daughter sign language. She was very punctual on the day of hire and it seemed like our daughter had a great time. My daughter seemed very comfortable in her presence. We were also very comfortable with her and trusted her with our daughter. If we decided to move to Virginia Beach area we will definitely reach out to Meka for more nanny care. But for now I will definitely be keeping in touch with this wonderful lady. Mika is not just an excellent choice for childcare; she's the only choice. Her presence has redefined our expectations and brought joy and learning into our home. In short, Mika is an exceptional babysitter, deeply cherished by our family and undoubtedly a game-changer in childcare.

Miss. Meka has been caring for our 3 children since August. We have twins who are 3 and a baby who is 10 months old. As a previous SAHM for the last 3 years I was very nervous in trust anyone with my children and Miss. Meka made the transition and adjusting period a piece of cake. The children are always so excited to see Miss. Meka in the morning and she is great with getting the children on a routine. She does it all... She has taught them how to write, letter recognition of lower case and capital letters, manners and proper communication skills, and many more skills that I could list on and on. She is very dependable and has never missed a day and is also fantastic of picking up after the children and leaving the house looking better than it was left. Weather it's a date night or a long-term schedule I would 100% recommend her each and every time.

Meka did a great job of caring for our two children while we went out on a date night. She got them to bed and was able to provide updates while we were away. Would hire again! Thanks Meka ?

Ms. Meka was our nanny for 9 months. From when my daughter was 4 months up until 12 months, and my son from 2 years to 3 years. Meka was on time, consistent and communicated clearly. She did a great job teaching the kids different things, utilizing her previous professional experience. She taught my 2 year old ABCs, and their sounds, as well as counting, she also had him practice holding pencils/crayons correctly when coloring. For every holiday and occasion she did a cute craft with them or bought them gifts which was always nice to come home to. Meka has a very authoritarian style of raising kids, and is strong in her personal viewpoints in life. She was flexible with our schedules when we would ask her to stay 30 minutes extra, or if we needed additional sittings for appointments or date nights. Meka keeps the home and kids stuff very neat and clean. Teaching them to put away a toy before they grab another one. She sanitizes often and prioritizes washing their hands as well.

Just used Meka for the first time. My 11 month old went right to her and they got along so well. She sent pictures and logged all of her feedings, diapers changes, activities, and sleep time. Will definitely use again!

Meka fit us in on a busy day at the last minute to accommodate an unexpected schedule change and was absolutely amazing and professional. Would 100% hire again.

Meka is great with my 3mo son and is a wonderful help to my family. She documents all of his sleeps, feedings, diapers, and activities to share with us at the end of each visit so that we are able to keep track of his day. She plays with him, does tummy time, and is very caring all around. Our family will definitely consider using Meka for any of our future childcare needs.

I am very pleased with Meka! She is patient and asks questions to clarify. She is punctual and flexible. My children enjoyed working on their handwriting with her. She is a blessing. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Meka was a life saver! We had a different sitter booked for the week, but she ended up not showing the morning of. I messaged Meka and she was able to be at our house within the hour to cover. She was SO sweet and knowledgeable in taking care of our little guy. She sent lots of pictures, videos, and details of the day and also took care of our two dogs! I was having a hard time recovering from my c section delivery while caring for my baby alone. I hired Meka to help me out and I am glad I did. She has been great helping me adjust to being a first time mom. Meka communicates well, is on time, health and safety conscious, and comes with a lot of experience. She taught me ways to make my life with baby easier and more efficient than how I was doing things. I would recommend her to your family and home.
