Hello! My name is Kristina and, I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and being part of their growth and happiness. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and positive environment where kids feel comfortable, supported, and able to be themselves. Watching children learn new things, build confidence, and have fun makes the experience rewarding for me. I currently work in an elementary school setting and have experience working with children of different ages and personalities, including children who may need extra patience, support, or behavioral guidance. I also have experience helping with learning activities, keeping children engaged, supervising play, and maintaining a structured but caring environment. My background in education has helped me become very attentive, responsible, and understanding when caring for children. I have strong skills in communication, patience, classroom and behavior management, conflict resolution, and creating engaging activities for children.
