We had the absolute pleasure of hiring Jacinda through Sittercity while we were in town for a wedding, and I can confidently say she exceeded all our expectations. From the very first message, Jacinda was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. What immediately stood out was that she already had her background check and First Aid certification ready to go, she sent them over right away, which gave me such peace of mind. Before our trip, she asked thoughtful questions about my boys, their routines, preferences, and needs, everything you’d hope a responsible sitter would want to know. Jacinda arrived on time, gave us her ETA beforehand, and was warm and friendly from the moment she walked in. My boys took to her quickly, which made it so much easier for us to head out feeling confident and relaxed. I also really appreciated the hourly text updates she provided, as well as the detailed recap she sent after, including meals, potty times, and activities. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and truly professional on Sittercity, I highly recommend Jacinda.
