Hello! My name is Lydia Fitton-Alves. I am 19 years old and am attending George Mason University where I am Early Childhood Education Major (however I am taking a year off to work). I volunteered in a kindergarten classroom during my freshman year which always turned out to be the highlight of my week. I have 3 nieces (6 y/o and ~2 y/o and 1 month old) and a nephew (5 y/o). I have experience with both infants and toddlers along with children who have special requirements. I love all animals so if there are any pets that will never be an issue (especially if you need help taking care of them). I am a big fan of casually incorporating educational material and content into play time (such as counting how many block we have or naming the colors in the picture or naming the shapes). I do not have Read more a car but do have a license and clean driving record. I will have transportation to/from work so that will never be a worry. I am someone who also loves to clean and make sure things stay organized. I have no problem helping with meal prep or making simple meals. I also love to keep an organized environment (wouldn't mind help with laundry or dishes or anything!) I have received my COVID-19 Vaccination (and two booster shots) as well as my annual flu shot. I am First Aid and CPR Certified along with having completed Mental Health First Aid training as well. My typical minimum is $20/hr. Thank you for your time and consideration.
