Hello! Hope your day is filled with happiness :) My name is Vanessa, it’s so wonderful to meet you! ****( please read) I'm enrolling at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for the 2023 fall semester in August and I am not available on Tuesdays and Thursdays! I enjoy expressing myself creatively, as it helps me to connect with myself and others. I love to dance, write, do photography, try out new foods, and listen to different types of music and podcasts. I live in a diverse family so growing up I've been exposed to a variety of cultures, which has allowed me to gain a better understanding of the world and develop a compassionate perspective toward those around me. Growing up, my mother was often busy with work, and being the eldest I took it upon myself to step in and help by taking care of my three Read more younger siblings. I wanted to relieve her stress when she would get home by cleaning, cooking, and ensuring that my siblings were happy and well taken care of. Ever since middle school, I've been taking care of my siblings and throughout the years I've developed an abundance of caregiver skills. Such as being patient, understanding children's needs, developing stamina, and learning to engage positively with young children. Furthermore, I aim to be a cautious and reputable caregiver as I am currently taking a CPR and first aid certification course at the Red Cross.
