My name is Ana, and I love calling myself a nanny. I've been a full-time live-in nanny for almost five years. I worked with a family of four kids, and another with two. Now, I moved to NYC, and I'm searching for a new live-out opportunity. Being with kids was always part of my life. I watched my little cousins, worked with children classes at church, and when I went away to college, babysitting became a part-time job, alongside tutoring. I cared for children ages 0-14+; I know what every age needs and wants, and I know how to communicate with them to meet those needs. I cared for multiple children at once: twins, triplets, and classrooms, and I cared for only one or two. My most recent experiences were with: -A family of four kids: a baby boy who was five months when I started and three girls who were 6 and 4 (twins), as a live-in nanny for a year, -A family with an 11y girl, whom I frequently babysat; -A family of two kids: a baby boy who was six months and a 6y girl, as a live-in nanny for 6 months. -A family with a 2.5y girl, as a live-out part-time nanny I was responsible for all parts of the kids' daily life: waking up, putting them to bed, meals and bottle feeding, school drop-off, and pick-up, extra activities, laundry, house cleaning, etc. I'm a strong and safe driver, a strong swimmer, and CPR certified. I've always loved kids. I'm that cousin who always sits at the kid's table so the grown-ups can have a break. I love to sit on the ground with them and be a part of any play they are doing, go to parks, take my dog for a walk with them, and make them part of anything else I'm doing, like baking or reading. I always try to be like a "big sister" to them, someone they can trust and ask for help, who will have fun with them, and who will teach and be active in their education and development.
