Hello! My names is Deshay but you can call me Shay. I have worked in the childcare space for almost 10 years and it has truly been such a blessing to my life. For the last 4 of those years, I have owned and operated my own in-home childcare program. That experience taught me how to balance safety, structure, and fun while meeting the unique needs of each child.
