Hi. My name is Paxton. I'm a college student. I love working with kids and want to see them grow and develop. I'm patient and creative, and which helps me connect with children. I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day. I follow their preferred communication method to ensure they're always in the loop. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to create a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
