Hello, my name is Katie. I am from Chicago and Orlando, currently residing in sunny Southern California and loving it! I have 15 years of full-time nanny experience, and an additional 3 years prior of babysitting experience (and ongoing). Caring for children is an absolute passion of mine. I love every family I’ve had the opportunity to work with during my move around the country and am still so very close with some of my first kiddos who are now teenagers! It’s the biggest reward getting to watch the kids I work with grow up and blossom. I am currently looking for another job, as the family I’m with (for over a year) is needing only part time now. A typical day with me and your child would include several outdoor outings, crafts, educational activities and stimulation, fresh meals, daily reading and music. I like to stick to a semi-structured Read more schedule when it comes to our daily activities, and a more structured one with meal time and naps, as it results in a happier kiddo!!! I am also well experienced with sleep training and potty training. My main priority is to always have your child smiling and exposing them to as much creativity as I can. If we sound like a good match I would love to hear from you! Looking forward to it, Katie and currently have mornings and evenings as well as weekends free for babysitting needs! :)

Katie was very friendly and responsible. She was able to help our 1.5 year old warm up to her quickly and we felt very comfortable with her caring for him
