Danielle wasted our time for over a month. She had an emergency for our first go. We understood as you can't prevent emergencies but we were also very direct and asked, "are you still interested in the position?" She said, "yes," and even picked the dates she wanted to work. She even picked her own rates and we agreed with out even trying to haggle with her. She had an opportunity to come see our house, spend time with our daughter and she still agreed to watch her. We attempted to touch base 3 times before our appointment. She completely ghosted us. Don't waste your time with her. I don't understand why she didn't just say no.
