Kids are my favorite people. I was a full-time nanny for three children for over 4 years — twins who were infants when I started and their four-year-old sibling. I was there for all of it: diapers, bottles, naps, first words, first steps, and every skinned knee in between. Crafts, forts, and afternoons outside were part of our daily rhythm, and I drove the school and activity run too. I'm especially good with babies and toddlers, but I genuinely enjoy every age. I keep the day structured because kids do better when they know what's coming, and I'd rather stay a step ahead of a transition than manage the meltdown after.
