Meet Jordyn

Hi! My name is Jordyn, and I’m a 20-year-old caregiver with a strong foundation in early childhood development and hands-on classroom experience. I completed three years of child development coursework in high school, and during my final year, I had the opportunity to teach preschoolers using structured lesson plans. That experience helped me build practical skills in lesson planning, managing group behavior, and encouraging emotional and social growth. I currently work at a childcare center that specializes in supporting children with special needs. This role has deepened my ability to adapt to different learning styles, offer individualized care, and create a calm, supportive environment for all children. In addition to my childcare experience, I’ve worked in customer service roles where I developed strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills. These qualities help me stay organized and responsive while keeping kids engaged and safe. I am First Aid certified and currently Read more completing my CPR certification. I’m passionate about helping children feel safe, confident, and cared for as they learn and grow. I bring patience, creativity, and consistency to every family I work with.
