Hello! I am a recent liberal arts college graduate with many years of tutoring and childcare experience with all age groups (except newborns). In particular, I am multilingual and have worked with recent immigrant children on English and math in the Federal Government's America Reads / America Counts Program. In conjunction with this experience, I also researched children's cognitive development. Currently, while working in the late afternoons as an assistant teacher at a Montessori school, I am looking for jobs on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. My ideal job would be one in which I can assist children with academics and crafts and do light housekeeping tasks. I am CPR/First Aid certified. What I love most about working with children is witnessing their curiosity, affection, creativity, care for each other, and eagerness to understand new ideas.
