Hello! I have been working in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE) for over 15 years. I gained my certificate in ECE in 2005 with an additional 30 credit hours in the field, and pursued a BA in Psychology in 2007. I have work experience from kitchen and janitorial to teaching and administration in preschools. I value quality child care, active learning (learning through play), creating strong connections with children and families, professionalism, education, and communication. I am currently enrolled in the Central Background Registry through the Office of Child Care in Oregon. I also have current certifications in Infant-Adult 1st Aid/CPR and Oregon Food Handler's.
