Joselyn A.

Joselyn has been a blessing to our family. Very communicative and dependable. We’ve worked with her for over a year. She’s great with young kids and is also helpful around the house or taking kids to extra curricular activities. She’s very trustworthy, and we have been happy with our decision to hire her.

Joselyn interviewed well but cancelled 2 hours before the first shift we booked with her. She said she was sick and we were understanding, though we would have liked 24 hours notice. We rebooked with her to the following week and sent a confirmation text the morning of the day of scheduled care. She did not answer the text and did not show up to work. It is frustrating when we spend more than an hour communicating with a candidate and interviewing her only to be ghosted. We have never cancelled care and when caregivers have declined a shift because our kids are sick, we always offer makeup hours because we are respectful of their budgets. We expect the same respectful treatment from caregivers and were sadly disappointed in Joselyn.
