have spent my life working with children and families. I was a professional figure skater who toured with Disney on Ice (1981-1982) and Magic Kingdom on Ice (1983-1984). I later taught hundreds of children to skate and served as a skating director for 20 years. I ran numerous ice skating day camps. l also owned a successful catering business, preparing school lunches for the Margate School District for 13 years, which taught me organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. Iraised three wonderful children and now have a precious grandchild who has made me appreciate even more how special these early years are.
