I hired Lien to babysit my two young children (toddler and infant) while I work from home and she is wonderful! She is a true professional, kind, patient, and attentive. She is an excellent communicator, flexible, on-time, and reliable. She asks questions, is extremely knowledgeable on how to handle tantrums as she is RBT certified, and is overall someone that I look forward to continuing to work with and trust to care for my children. Recommend her all the way!
