Dear Families, My name is Michelle Banchs, and I am excited about the opportunity to provide childcare or companionship for your loved ones. As both a mother of two and someone with professional childcare experience, I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children and seniors alike feel valued and cared for. I previously worked at Bravo Arts Academy in Utah, where I gained hands-on professional experience guiding children in their growth, creativity, and daily routines. In addition, I currently volunteer in the children’s ministry at my church, which has allowed me to expand my skills working with kids of various ages in a supportive and structured setting. These experiences, along with raising my own children, have equipped me with patience, flexibility, and the ability to connect with people on a personal level. I am also passionate about offering companionship for seniors.
