Hi! My name is Tyli, and I recently graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Social Work and a minor in Child and Family Studies. Working with children has always been something I am passionate about. I have experience caring for children of all ages through babysitting, childcare, mentoring, and volunteer work. I have worked with twins, children on the autism spectrum, and children with a variety of personalities, needs, and developmental stages. I am CPR and First Aid certified and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I enjoy planning activities, helping with homework, supporting routines, and building meaningful relationships with the children and families I work with. My background in social work has given me strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills that help me provide attentive and compassionate care.
