I grew up in a family rooted in child care—my grandma was the go-to babysitter for friends and families we knew, I observed, helped, and eventually learned how to care for children myself. Over the years, I naturally stepped into a caregiver role and developed a deep understanding of how to support kids through different stages of growth. In addition to family experience, I was also a dance teacher for over 5 years, working with children ages 1 to 15.
