Hi, my name is Laiane. I am 32 years old and I have strong experience caring for young children, especially babies and toddlers. I currently work full time with a family and have been with their child since he was 8 months old. He is now 3 years and 4 months old, so I have supported his development through many important stages, including introducing solid foods, sleep routines, walking, language development, potty training, and daily learning activities. I truly enjoy being part of a child’s growth process and creating a safe and positive environment for them. I am responsible, calm, attentive, and very committed to the families I work with. I also have experience helping with meals, bath time, routines, playtime, and organizing activities appropriate for each age. I am originally from Brazil.
