Hello, My name is Kayte and I am a graduate student at Elmhurst College studying to be a speech language therapist. I have always loved working with kids and have been the go to baby sitter for my family. I have worked as a camp counselor since I was 14 at a Ukrainian Culture youth camp and at a YMCA camp in Michigan. As a camp counselor I have primarily worked with kids from 8-15 years old planning activities and motivating kids to challenge them to try new things. I have also done a lot of volunteer work with kids that ranged in working with infants to school age kids. I am first aid/CPR certified with American Red Cross and the American Heart Association.
