Gena is an incredibly kind, loving, and responsible human being. She took care of my toddler son and 4 year old daughter for about 8 months, (and the only reason she stopped is because we moved away...we miss her!) Her responsibilities included picking up my son from daycare and watching him in the afternoons, and regular weekend day care with both children. As a lifelong educator and mother herself, she was intuitive with my children's needs and always planned the best activities to keep them busy and tire them out. Even if I was at home busy with other responsibilities, my children were always happy to spend time with Gena so that I could get things done. My son especially had a strong attachment to her, which made me feel like he was safe and loved. Since I'm a working mother, she would always ask if I needed help with other things around the house. I would recommend her in a heartbeat for children of any age.
