Aaliyah has been such an instrumental part of our family for the past two years. She started with us full time 2 years ago when my daughter was 3 months old. Her "on time" is early and her "late" is on time. Since both my now 4 and 2 year old are in summer camps, we no longer have the hours for her every day, however Aaliyah offered to and succeeded in getting her drivers license to help me transport my kids to the summer camp in the morning to make my mornings and the transition of her leaving easier for the family. She is sweet, caring and truly is a baby whisperer. She also helped potty train my son after 2 failed attempts by us. She still is our Go-To for any time we need help with the kids.
