I am writing to express my strong passion for working with children, which has been honed through my extensive experience as a paraprofessional, Assistant Director in a Spanish immersion school, and Behavioral Technician. Over the past decade, I have developed the patience, caring, and expertise necessary to support students from birth to 12th grade. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of delivering curriculum through one-on-one support, small group instruction, and enrichment lessons that incorporate arts and crafts activities. My experience has taught me the importance of balancing homework support with engaging and fun educational activities. Additionally, my RBT training has enabled me to work with special needs children, providing direct care and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments under the guidance of a BCBA supervisor.
