As a teenager, I did a lot of babysitting and I enjoyed it. After I got married and had children, I started working at my son’s preschool. That eventually led to me becoming a preschool teacher, which I really loved! As I got to know the parents, they asked me if I would be interested in babysitting for them. That turned into a very busy side job for me and I was usually booked out weeks in advance as my popularity grew. I am now retired from teaching and living in coastal Alabama and looking forward to babysitting both tourist and locals!
