Hello! I’m Lily- originally from Dallas, TX, but have been in LA for two years now having moved here to receive my graduate degree in art from California Institute of the Arts. I have a background in arts education so I've worked with children of all ages from infants through high schoolers. I love connecting to children's creative sides and am passionate about helping to develop a safe environment for them to flourish! I’ve been a caretaker for children and seniors off and on all of my life, having started babysitting in high school. My mother ran a senior care agency all through my childhood so I’m also comfortable caring for seniors. What I’ve found is most important when caring for both children and adults is listening to their feelings and intuiting what might help them feel seen and comfortable in the present moment. Being a friend in where they Read more are that specific day is always a good way to start. I have a two year old niece which has also made me much more comfortable with infants and very young children. Most recently I’ve been caring for children 2 and under. I'm happy to help with light cleaning tasks, picking up/transportation, homework help, and even creating crafts and activities to do at home! I can provide references, a resume, and am available to chat on the phone or meet in person before committing to anything. Thank you for your time!
