While I don't have paid babysitting experience yet, caring for kids isn't new to me. I've spent years looking after children in unpaid settings, both independently and alongside others, and I've worked with kids in many different roles — including school tutoring, sports coaching, Unified programs, Scouting, helping care for younger siblings, and plenty of other situations. Working with children has simply been a regular part of my life for years. I'm most experienced with children ages 3 and up, and I enjoy getting to know each child as an individual. Whether they want to play games, talk, watch a movie, be active, or just relax, I'm happy to meet them where they're at while making sure they're safe, respected, and having a good time. I'm both nationally and state certified as an EMT, so while I hope those skills are never needed, you can have peace of mind knowing Read more I'm trained to respond appropriately to both everyday injuries and emergencies. I'm also an Eagle Scout, where I developed leadership, responsibility, first aid, and experience supervising and organizing groups of children. I have four years of experience working specifically with children in the Unified program, giving me experience supporting kids with a wide range of abilities and needs. My goal is to both you and your child can feel comfortable with, so you can be confident your child is in capable hands. I'm currently working part-time, so I have a fairly flexible schedule and am happy to work with you to find times that fit.
