My name is Elena. I am 27 years old and recently moved to Capitol Hill. In 2018, I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa with a degree in Social Work. After graduating I served in the Peace Corps in Peru but was unfortunately evacuated in March 2020 due to covid. When getting back to the states I moved to Richmond, Virginia where I worked shortly as an Applied Behavior Analysis Clinician and then started working full time nannying. I have lived in for 2.5 years in Salt Lake City and just moved to DC with a new job as a flight attendant. I have worked 10+ years in child care, from babysitting occasionally, nannying full time, doing one on one respite to leading a summer daycare classroom for children 5-12 with a range of disabilities.
