I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy being around children and helping them feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Watching kids grow, learn, and express themselves is something I truly value. I find joy in creating a positive, fun, and structured environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I currently work at a children’s hospital, where I am constantly around children of various ages and personalities. This has given me strong experience in understanding children’s needs, emotions, and behaviors in different situations. In addition, I serve as the Youth President at my church, which allows me to work closely with children and teens in leadership, mentorship, and group settings. Through this role, I’ve gained experience managing different age groups, planning activities, and ensuring children feel included and supported. Because of both roles, I have experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds. Working in a children’s hospital Read more has strengthened my ability to stay calm, patient, and attentive at all times. I understand the importance of safety, communication, and following instructions carefully. As a youth leader, I’ve developed strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. I am responsible, dependable, and committed to creating a safe and positive environment for every child I care for.
