Hi, my name is Haley! I’m a 21yo dedicated and nurturing nanny with extensive experience caring for children, including twins and infants. I am able to foster developmental milestones and implement effective behavior management strategies-catered to each unique child. I’m always hands on and intentional with play time, ensuring good attitudes, bonding, learning, and fun! I’m constantly searching for new ways to incorporate learning/help improve a skill/reach a milestone through play and educational activities- always striving to help them get ahead of the curve(or catch up)! It’s important to me to make sure that I’m supporting the parents by enforcing rules/boundaries that are expected of the child to provide a consistent environment. Ive always been the kid at family gatherings who is holding the baby cousin the entire time, babysitting my cousins throughout my teenage years; but my professional experience includes: babysitter for twin 7yo boys during the summer of Read more ‘21, continuing to watch them for date nights and tutoring them through ‘22 while I finished high school. I was an as-needed babysitter for a 6yo boy and his 2yo sister in the first half of ‘23. I was a nanny for a 13 month old girl until she was 4 1/2yo and started school (‘22-‘25). I babysat a 4yo boy and his 1 month old sister until the baby was 9 months from beginning of this year until fall. I’m very passionate about childcare and love to harbor a positive, fun, and caring environment for babies and children to grow!
