A bit about me, Holly Tibbetts: Before working as an Executive Assistant to a retired Doctor & business owner, I was the Coordinating Manager for a private, in-home care company. We cared for all ages alike; infants, mentally challenged youth, seniors & even pregnant mothers. I managed a staff of 225 caregivers & roughly 500 clients. I was trained thoroughly to relieve caregivers from any overly difficult situations, and take over in case of emergency. Prior to that, I was a nanny to a family of three (2 infant twins and 3 year old) Each of them had their own learning challenges and we all grew right through them. I'm so proud to say, they are all thriving young teens now. Personal notes- I LOVE nature and exploring.
