I have over 9 years of experience taking care of children with ages ranging from 1-month-old to 13 years old. Some of my responsibilities include coming up with activities for the kids, cooking, light housekeeping, changing, providing love and encouragement, etc. Certain qualities that I feel make me a good caretaker are patience, flexibility, and having a good heart. Most importantly, I truly love kids and the time I spend with them. My favorite things to do with the kids that I care for are spending time outdoors, doing arts & crafts, and reading together. My current nanny job is taking care of a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old girl in Golden. On top of my at home nanny experience, I have also worked at a preschool for children with disabilities (where I learned basic American sign language) and at my college's daycare. I am CPR Read more and First Aid certified. I recently took an Infant Safety class at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette. When I was 13, I took a sitters class which started my love for child care. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from CSU.
