Hello! My name is Kenzie. I am currently a college student on the pre-nursing track. I’ve always loved being around kids, which is one of the reasons I’m interested in pediatric nursing. I’ve babysat before and really enjoy getting to know each child’s personality, keeping them engaged, and creating a fun and comfortable environment for them while their parents are away. I have experience working with children through babysitting, volunteering, and service activities, including helping with an adaptive baseball program for K–8 children with special needs. I’m also a Medical Assistant and Nursing Assistant, so caring for and helping others is something I genuinely enjoy and have experience with. I’m CPR/AED and First Aid certified through the American Heart Association as well. I would describe myself as patient, caring, responsible, and dependable. My experience as a lifeguard has also taught me to stay calm, pay attention to my surroundings, and Read more take safety seriously. I love coming up with fun things to do with kids, whether that’s playing outside, doing crafts, helping with homework, or just spending time doing what they enjoy. I’m also happy to help out with other things your family may need from time to time, such as taking care of pets, helping with transportation, picking up a few things, or tidying up around the house after the kids are taken care of. As a college student, my schedule varies, so I’m especially interested in occasional babysitting, date nights, weekend help, or being a reliable backup sitter. I’m based in San Marcos and am also open to opportunities in nearby areas such as Kyle, Buda, and New Braunfels. I’d love the opportunity to get to know your family and hopefully become someone you and your kids feel comfortable having around!
